Include your app version, iPhone model and a short description of what happened. Please leave passwords, API keys, sign-in codes, bank statements and health records out of support messages.

Sign in

During the private beta, hosted accounts need an invitation. Open Profile & settings → Account & data, request an email code, then enter the most recent code within ten minutes. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive.

Your records

Records are saved on your iPhone. Selected Money records can be uploaded explicitly through Agents & API. This beta does not automatically back up every module to the cloud.

Use Account & data to export your local records, delete records on this iPhone or delete your hosted account. Export anything you want to keep before deletion. If you cannot sign in, email support from your account address to request help; ownership must be verified before account changes.

Modules and subscriptions

Your free module choice is permanent. When purchases are enabled, each extra module has its own subscription. Use Restore purchases while signed into the same My Home and Apple accounts. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting My Home or its account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Connections

In build 6, Connections → Garmin + iPhone setup explains partial Garmin Connect → Apple Health sharing. Open Garmin Connect to sync, then refresh My Home; check the source and time on readings. Body Battery and stress are not available through this route. Saved workouts offer Prepare for Garmin: review and copy the checklist, create it in Garmin Connect, send it to your compatible watch, and compare the actual watch steps. My Home records your manual check; it does not push workouts directly to Garmin. Shopping-provider connections and bank-email forwarding remain disabled while their setup is completed. You can still review supported file imports and create your own plans and records.

AI is optional. Add your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key in Models & voice, review the context before sending, and manage usage with that provider. A ChatGPT or Claude subscription does not automatically include API credits.
